HOW TO APPLY TO FEET
For the first 2-4 weeks apply nightly before bed and at least 2 times per day. SweatBlock lotion should increase in effectiveness the more you use it.
STEP 1: Wash and dry your feet before applying SweatBlock.
STEP 2: Apply a small amount to each foot.
STEP 3: Rub into skin until lotion is evenly dispersed and absorbed. Wait until skin is dry before putting socks on.
STEP 4: Wash hands with soap and water immediately after applying to feet if you don't want application on your hands. TIP: Use a latex glove to apply SweatBlock lotion to feet to avoid sweat-reducing effects on your hands.
